Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AMArrival & departure
- Check-in: 2:00 PM.
- Check-out: 12:00 PM, unless arranged in advance.
- Please present a valid ID upon check-in.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Peace & safety
- No smoking or vaping inside the unit.
- No parties, loud gatherings, illegal activities, or prohibited substances.
- Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Pets are not allowed.
Care of the unit
- Keep the unit clean and dispose of rubbish properly.
- Switch off the air-conditioner, lights, and appliances when leaving.
- Report any damage or maintenance concerns immediately.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
